Cannot say enough about how great the food was and the wait staff was unbelievably attentive! I'm still receiving compliments, months later, on how great everything was that afternoon. Trio offered an excellent & affordable menu package that included dessert! Being a BYOB is an added bonus, and a rare find. I cannot wait to go back for dinner! Definitely, a great place to go for a meal that won't disappoint!
Trio has always been a good restaurant and it is BYOW which we really enjoy - if you haven't been there recently, you owe it to yourself to stop by again. They have a new chef onboard since April of 2011 and he has brought a wonderful new style to the old menu. He's all about using fresh local ingredients as much as possible and allowing the natural flavors to shine through plus a focus on healthy preparation. I had a dandelion salad with roasted radishes, sunflower seeds, shallots, fried goat cheese with a mustard vinaigrette - delicious combination of flavors. We both chose veal roulade as our main course which was a special that day. It came out in a beautiful presentation with sweet potato lyonnaise and kale. The roulade was stuffed with homemade mozzarella and garnished with fresh basil from their herb garden. The chef, Ray, came by and chatted with us, and recommended the chocolate walnut bread pudding with homemade butterscotch sauce for dessert. Wow! Not too sweet - just perfect. Our server, Claude, was very personable and knowledgeable and made our evening a pleasure.

Just a note to let you know how much we appreciate the wonderful rehearsal dinner we had for our son Matt and his fiancée Michelle on Friday, October 17 at Trio. The food was delicious and plentiful, from appetizers to desserts. Our guests were treated to an incredible selection of food, all of which was prepared perfectly. Our waitress was conscientious and friendly, anticipating all of the needs of our guests. The table arrangement was wonderful, allowing for easy conversation and privacy. Our evening at Trio is one we will not forget. Thank you for making our celebration even more special.
